We aren’t the Yankees. The Yankees are in a class by themselves, as notable by HOW MUCH MORE they spent than any other team. Don’t get me wrong, spending every year is the price of being competitive every year, but the Sox at least fear the luxury tax. The Yanks blow right through that ring on the game board.
